Extremely useful
Ive been using this, in combination with WeightTrack, to track the progress of my carefully planned diet and exercise regimen. Ive lost 15 lbs in 3 months while building muscle mass; lost almost 3 inches from my waistline!
Daily Count has helped a great deal to maintain my diet discipline; I just check my calorie balance to see if I can eat more or if I need to work out a little longer in order to have the meal Ive planned for later in the day.
4 stars for a simple but very, very useful program. Itll get 5 stars if they add a history, and a simple weight tracking tool.
